Changes in the membership of Bank’s Supervisory Board and Revision Committee
Andris Ozoliņš will leave his post as a member of Bank’s Supervisory Board and Revision Committee with effect from 3rd of April 2018.
„Over the past two years, Baltic International Bank has undertaken significant efforts to implement the new strategy and business model by improving its customer portfolio and focusing on providing wealth management solutions and investment services to the customers in Bank’ s target market. I wish Bank success in all of its future endeavors,” Andris Ozoliņš says.
The following persons are currently serving on the Supervisory Board - Bank’s shareholder and the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board Valeri Belokon, top-level international experts, including the former diplomat Dr. Hans Friedrich von Ploetz and the former Director of CIA’s Counterterrorism Center Joseph Cofer Black, as well as Ilona Gulchak who has previously served as the Chairperson of the Management Board and joined the Supervisory Board in the middle of March 2018.
