Severynivka Village is located in the Makariv District, Kyiv Region. The local authority is the Kopylovsky Village Council. The village is located 7 km from the centre of the village council (Kopylov Village). The distance to the regional centre is 52 km. The area of the settlement is 874.3 hectares and the number of households is 175. The population is 227 people. The Makariv District is located in the west of the Kyiv Region with the administrative centre in the urban-type settlement Makariv. Severynivka Village is a small village under the authority of the Kopylovsky Village Council. The village is a cottage town, which has been developing since 2006. The infrastructure of the cottage town is now developed and offers a kindergarten, a shopping centre with a grocery store, a cafe, a hotel, a sports centre with a swimming pool and water recreation area, a children’s pool with amusement slides, a Turkish steam bath, a gym, a dance class studio, a SPA complex, billiards, squash and table tennis, 4 tennis courts with clay and hard surfaces, sports fields for volleyball and football, a playground, a car wash, tyre service, recreation and barbecue areas, a beach and gazebos.
