Bank’s third representative office accredited in Kyiv, Ukraine

On 7 June 2007, in accordance with the decision No. 140 issued by the Commission for Banking Supervision and Regulation of the National Bank of Ukraine, Baltic International Bank`s representative office was accredited in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv.

Baltic International Bank’s representative office in Kyiv will promote co-operation with the business circles of Ukraine and provide consultancy and advice services for the bank’s existing and prospective partners and customers. The representative office’s functions will include: analysis of the financial and economic situation and evaluation of the banking sector’s stability in Ukraine; maintenance and development of contacts with the Ukrainian financial and credit institutions, which carry out servicing of trade transactions conducted by Latvian and Ukrainian enterprises.

The office will be located at 119, Ul. Saksaganskogo, Kyiv (the central part of the city). It is planned that BALTIC INTERNATIONAL BANK’s third representative office will open its doors to customers and commence active work in autumn 2007 already.
