Mārtiņš Neibergs, Head of the Loan and Documentary Operations Department, has been appointed member of the Board of Baltic International Bank.
On 16 June 2015, Mārtiņš Neibergs, Head of the Loan and Documentary Operations Department, took office as a member of the Board of the Bank. M. Neiberg's responsibilities include: ensuring the activity of the Bank, development of alternative investments, loan services and documentary operations.
“Traditionally, business project financing is an important trend in the development of the Bank. Keeping the strategic objectives of Baltic International Bank in mind, my primary task will be searching for and promoting investment projects aimed at the long-term and steady development as well as effective work organization of the Loan and Documentary Operations Department”, said M. Neibergs.
M. Neibergs has been working in the financial sector for more than 15 years. He started working at the Bank in 2010 as a Deputy Head of the Loan and Documentary Operations Department. Prior to joining Baltic International Bank, he worked in the financial sector of the USA as well as held a managerial position in one of the Latvian banks. M. Neibergs acquired higher education at the Concordia University Wisconsin (USA) and the Concordia International University Estonia.
