Joseph Cofer Black joins the Supervisory Board of Baltic International Bank
Starting from November 1, the Supervisory Board of Baltic International Bank is being supplemented by a new member – Joseph Cofer Black.
For the past decade Joseph Cofer Black has been providing strategic guidance in business development, and high level consulting to leading companies of entire world, utilizing his unique and wide experience in the USA and international market. Starting from April 2016, Joseph Cofer Black works as chief executive director of Cofer International, LLC.
Before focusing on work in private sector, Mr. Black was an internationally recognized authority on counterterrorism, cyber security, national security, and foreign affairs. Joseph Cofer Black worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) directing the CIA’s global war on terrorism from 1974-2002, and he was the Director of CIA Counterterrotist Center from 1999-2002. Afterwards (2002-2005) J.C.Black was fulfilling the duties of Ambassador and Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State of USA.

Therefore the Supervisory Board of Baltic International Bank now consists of five members – Valeri Belokon, Vlada Belokon, Andris Ozoliņš, Dr. Hans Friedrich Von Ploetz and Joseph Cofer Black.
