WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • devise the customer service strategy
  • lead a team of skilled professionals and provide clear leadership and vision
  • ensure that the customer service plan and strategy achieve service quality levels and KPIs
  • be part of the management team, define common goals and improve the customer experience strategy
  • be responsible for process development, improvement and governance within customer service

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • relevant education (a specialised business degree, degree in a business discipline)
  • an ability to motivate and influence your own team and other stakeholders
  • excellent communication skills
  • good understanding of banking products and services
  • proficiency in spoken and written Latvian, English and Russian
  • a strong background leading customer service function within banking at senior management level
  • a passion for developing people
  • growth mind-set for yourself, your own learning and development
  • readiness to go through a lot of changes and thrive in a transformational environment
  • proactive behaviour, problem-solving skills and can-do attitude

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

The candidates must satisfy the requirements lad down in Article 34.5 of the Credit Institutions Act [Kredītiestāžu likums] of the Republic of Latvia.
